The SEPHORA Beauty Community Loyalty Program aims to reward customer loyalty through exclusive benefits, personalized experiences, and special advantages. Participation in the program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM
The Beauty Community Program allows customers to accumulate points, access exclusive benefits and participate in promotional activities organized by SEPHORA, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
SEPHORA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the program, in whole or in part, at any time.
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the program is free and is available to adults who register correctly on the SEPHORA website, mobile application or physical stores, where applicable.
Each customer will be able to have a single, personal and non-transferable loyalty account.
3. PROGRAM OPERATION
Program members accumulate points for purchases made through official SEPHORA channels, in accordance with the conditions in force at any given time.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for benefits, rewards, products or experiences, depending on availability and the rules established by SEPHORA.
The points have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. LEVELS AND BENEFITS
The Beauty Community program can be structured into different membership levels, defined based on the volume of purchases or other criteria established by SEPHORA.
Each level offers specific benefits, which may include early access to releases, exclusive promotions, gifts, special events, and personalized experiences.
5. VALIDITY AND EXPIRY OF POINTS
The points you accumulate have a specific validity period, which will be communicated through official SEPHORA channels. Prolonged inactivity may result in the points expiring.
SEPHORA reserves the right to modify the validity and expiry conditions, informing program members in advance.
6. PROPER USE OF THE PROGRAM
Fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith use of the program may result in the suspension or cancellation of the loyalty account, as well as the loss of accumulated points and benefits.
SEPHORA reserves the right to verify transactions carried out by program members.
7. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by program members will be processed in accordance with SEPHORA's Privacy and Cookies Policy , in order to manage the program and offer personalized benefits.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
SEPHORA will not be responsible for any technical errors, system interruptions, or incidents beyond its control that may affect the operation of the program.
9. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
SEPHORA may modify the terms and conditions of the Beauty Community Program, as well as the benefits offered, at any time. Any modifications will be communicated through official channels.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These General Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program are governed by the applicable legislation in force.
